This experience will take you on a journey from the grain of wheat to the table, passing through the kitchen. The experience begins with a welcome aperitif featuring our antique grain beer and focaccia, where you’ll discover how to make focaccia with antique grains.
The experience continues with a guided tour of the castle mill. During the visit, you will discover with your own eyes how our ancient grains are transformed into paste, witnessing stone grinding and bronze drawing. An experience that will show you the world of cereals, flour and pasta as you have never seen it. With freshly stone-ground flour we will move to the restaurant kitchen, adjacent to the mill, where you will participate in the cooking class.
During cooking class, you’ll learn how to prepare classic pici with aglione sauce, bread soup, and traditional cantucci. At the end of the cooking class, you can sit comfortably at the table to enjoy the fruits of your labor and enjoy a delicious four-course lunch.
