The voucher includes a guided tour of the castle mill with lunch.
The fresh pasta workshop is located at Spedaletto Castle, an ancient grancia that in the Middle Ages preserved wheat produced in the Val d’Orcia and offered hospitality to pilgrims traveling the Via Francigena.
During the guided tour of the mill, you will discover with your own eyes how our ancient grains are transformed into paste, witnessing stone grinding and bronze drawing. An experience that will show you the world of cereals, flour and pasta as you have never seen it.
To conclude the visit, all you have to do is taste!
You can enjoy a very short supply chain lunch at our restaurant right next to the castle mill.
