Description
This spelt, barley and lentil soup is an organic product with cereals and legumes grown in Val d’Orcia. Both spelt and barley are pearly and therefore do not need soaking. The soup is ready in 20/25 minutes and can be enriched with mixed greens, mushrooms, and spices.
