Decorticated spelt grown and packaged in Val d’Orcia by Mulino Val d’Orcia.
Spelt is the least caloric cereal and thanks to its high protein content (15%), combined with pulses, it is perfect for delicious and not too caloric unique dishes. It is also rich in fiber, which helps reduce hunger and regularize digestion.
